Graduation Trip IV: Time to Play
Posted on January 31, 2010, under SPM Graduation Trip.
Short talk: Kinda disappointed on my driving lesson today because I keep on doing a lot of mistakes. I didn’t sleep well on last night.
On the next day, 16 December 2009, our main activities was UNLIMITED All Park Ride but actually there isn’t a lot of time to play because every queue up for an activities took about 45-1hour time. Overall, I have played about 2-4games in one day only although it’s one day. Still happy and enjoyed on this trip.
There are less photo taken as all the activities are dangerous for the safety of my camera and I can’t manage to take a lot of photos or videos unless I don’t play.
Here’s the caption + photos, will describe longer a bit:
Indoor game:
We were queued up at the 3D Cinema to watch a 3D short film
It took us about 45mins – 1 hour like that and actually it can be considered fast. Taking photo while queuing.
Arrived inside and taking the 3D spec glass.
Outdoor theme park:
Soon after that we went to the outside because we have no time for indoor games because it’s just for ONE day.
Melissa Lim, took at the Double Deck Carousel and more:
Double Deck Carousel, actually we played this for about 2 rounds just because to take some photos. (Picture bit blurred, what to do when we were rushing for time)
Pei Ling and Pei Ee
I’m sleepy right now and need to sleep. To be continued…
Graduation Trip III: Play Cards at Room
Posted on January 30, 2010, under SPM Graduation Trip.
Short talk: Gonna find a day go out shopping and playing. Keeping myself at home for so long.
After we had our dinner, we all separate into several group and having free activities and on the first night I bought poker card and play with some friends at my room.
Mui Poh playing cards with Li Woon

Mui Poh teaching the rule of the game *no gambling*
The guys just busy playing handphones
Mui Poh can’t tolerate Yew Chun playing his handphone
The poker cards.
Guess what? This is the cards of MP and I took this photo and let Li Woon sees to let her knows the cards of MP. Am I brilliant?
Here is the short clip taken:
Graduation Trip II: The First Night
Posted on January 29, 2010, under SPM Graduation Trip.
Short talk: Chinese New Year is coming soon and a lot need to be prepared especially the Ang Pao (Red Packet) I mean prepared to take and not give it, I’m waiting for it!
Basically it’s just a simple night but full of coldness as Genting is quite cold to me although it’s hotter compared to other cold country but overall it is a comfortable temperature.
Well, the first night was quite fun, let the caption tells:
Event / Trip Creator, Pei Ling.
Roommate, Kian Siong
Pei Ling and Pei Ee (there are not real sisters, best friends). Probably McDonald.
Mui Poh
Having dinner at the three biggest fast food restaurant, McD, KFC and Burger King. (Look like the two guys, Xue Wen and Theng Wei at the back kissing the girls)
Rachel Chua and Joshua Gan, just a posture…
Taking photos (not me, it’s Pei Yin)
Melissa Lim
The Night at Genting, full of lights decoration there.
Taken outside the lobby, we were just waiting for others so gathered at there. The weather was cold.
Graduation Trip I: Arrived at Genting and Check-In
Posted on January 28, 2010, under SPM Graduation Trip.
Short talk: I have a thought on doing something useful during this long holidays instead playing computer at home.
Ok, last year was my SPM year and I have finished this exam and of course this mark the end of my high school life. No uniform, teachers, classes, lesson, canteen and all that. As the 5-year school life in my secondary school ended, I too as most of the graduates from form 5 went for the class graduation trip.
Due to there’s a lot of photos taken to sort to, so I separate into few parts and today will be the part one!

Arrive at the bus station: Genting Highland
Reached the First World Hotel which is the budget hotel when you go to Genting.
Our tour guide (right) help us to check-in
And after that….
Yew Chun, Kian Siong finding the room but actually our room is on the first from. My fault: I brought them to take lift. This one called “Ge Kiang”
Finally find the room and watch television. Same time waiting till 8 pm to go for dinner with others together.
Done for the first part.
I bought SE Naite
Short update: Just yesterday, due to the ex-Johor’s Sultan passed away so I can’t drive on the road A and B. Extremely disappointed.
I bought the Sony Ericsson Naite aka J105i on last Thursday for my mom and it’s an environmental friendly phone featured a slogan of GreenHeart.
2.2″ screen. Quite big actually.
A place for memory card. This phone uses microSD and does not support Sony M2 Memory Stick.
Keypad is soft to press but they are too near with each other so sometime you will accidentally press wrong one.
This box is quite small. Small like a box for a cup.
It comes with this paper made holder to put in the phone. Nice and soft.
Original Warranty Card. As this is for my mom so I bought it originally from authorized distributor.
Battery charger with GreenHeart logo which claimed to have Energy Star V, which saves the power consumption when you have not turn off the plug when the charging is done.
Some booklet showing the SAR information etc, while for the manual you can refer directly from the phone itself or find it in the official website.
This is to save the paper usage and I truly agree as people seldom read through all the pages in manual actually.
Sony Ericsson claimed that the phone saves on power and packaging. Personally, I think this phone design is just so-so but the concept and the name is kinda pro.
Well for the price is also within my budget RM570 so I bought it.
p/s: Will soon update the Graduation Trip last year I went to. Stay tuned.
I’ve migrated to Wordpress.Org
Posted on January 21, 2010, under Blogosphere.
Short talk: Will start my driving lesson on this Friday and Saturday and may be take my practical test on 9th February.
I’ve officially migrated from Blogger.com to Wordpress.Org. Of course to further enhance my blogging so I made my decision on this and pretty unbearable to leave Blogger as I almost use the service for almost three years.
Wordpress Screen Shot, better loading than in Blogger
First time write in Wordpress and it’s cool!
And you didn’t see wrong, my Simple Jojo theme is back, due to that it’s kinda hard to find the theme for Wordpress as I’m new with this and actually it’s quite hard to setup the WP blog but the interface is kinda friendly than that of the B. Here is why:
1) Less HTML error and upload photos problem in WP. Previously I’ve used the Windows Live Writer (WLM) and it solve
2) Having plugins and I can install as many as I could.
3) Not much template code error like in B.
I’m currently using Mercumaya Hosting and still see whether there will have downtime throughout one year from now and hope their server can be smoothed.
I’m still work out on some of the setting and basically it’s about 70% done, still have the InTech blog (my Tech blog) have not been setup due to the difficulty on finding suitable template and still carry on on it. Maybe done by this month and hope so.
p/s: Although I’m writing about so features that WP is better but still Blogger.com is a must for a beginner.
pp/s: Recently got a news, the dragon boat tragedy involving 5 Penang’s teens about the same age with me and a teacher. Pretty sad to hear the news and hope they rest in peace.
Life is short and we Jia You!
Mobile update: Taiwan’s Snack
Second Nuffnang Cheque
Second Nuffnang cheque that I received last week.
Taking ‘Undang’ Test
Short talk: Recently nothing to do at home but just switch on the computer and play.
Last Thursday I took the Undang Test and it’s kinda easier as what I thought.
Undang Test is actually the driving theory test before you can proceed to Bahagian II and III (Part II and III) in which are the parking test and driving test.
I took two days to read the whole 500 questions and answer booklet that actually the answer for the test. In case you don’t know, the questions in the booklet is actually the questions that will come out during the real test but there are 500 questions for you to read but you only need to answer 10% of it in which it is 50 questions during the test.
It is actually easy if and only if YOU READ THROUGH ALL THE 500Q
I scored 46/50 that day and I will learn the 3-hour parking this Saturday.
P/s: Will post the Q&A booklet on the upcoming post.
Have you take the Undang test? How was it?
